FILES AND RIGHTS
Before payment, the written scope identifies the version being produced, the included revisions, delivery formats, third-party material and intended usage. MP3, WAV, stems and alternate versions are not treated as interchangeable; only the files named in the accepted scope are included.
The same applies to rights. Non-exclusive use, exclusive use and a fully custom production are different agreements. HIGH MUSIC does not promise exclusivity simply because an artist selected a demo or used the word custom. Rights, credit and any restrictions are confirmed in writing for the specific project.
