Prelaunch Privacy Notice

1. Contact channel

HIGH MUSIC can be contacted through WhatsApp at 050-349-9662. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and processes messages, profile information and technical data under its own terms. Do not send passwords, card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

2. What the website receives

Creator Lab has no upload field, name field or contact field. The optional details form runs in the browser and prepares a WhatsApp message; HIGH MUSIC does not receive brief or form content unless the visitor chooses to send that message in WhatsApp.

Vercel hosts the website and may process request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested paths and security logs needed to deliver and protect the service.

3. Creator Lab browser storage

Creator Lab can keep selected option IDs for starting point, language, style, mood, energy and public preview in browser storage on that device so the Blueprint can be resumed.

The saved Blueprint does not store lyrics, uploads, reference text, names, email addresses or contact details. It can be removed with the Reset control or by clearing site data.

4. Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics measures page views and a bounded set of conversion events. Vercel Speed Insights measures real-world page performance. Analytics can include the page path, interface language, CTA placement, public demo ID, safe Creator Lab option IDs and deployment-controlled campaign IDs.

Analytics does not send brief or form content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, lyrics, references, notes, account tokens or advertising click IDs. Advertising trackers are not installed.

5. Purpose, retention and deletion

Technical data is used to operate, secure and improve the prelaunch website. WhatsApp messages are used only to answer the request and continue a conversation the visitor chose to start.

Unneeded enquiries should be deleted when they are no longer required for the conversation, security or a legal claim. A person can request access, correction or deletion through WhatsApp, while understanding that Meta and Vercel process some information under their own retention rules.

6. Security and changes

The site uses HTTPS, restrictive browser headers, bounded analytics fields and no direct payment or account form. No system can guarantee absolute security.

This notice will be replaced before paid services, account registration, advertising trackers or additional data processors are enabled.
