Do I need to upload my song?

No. Creator Lab saves only safe option IDs on your device. If you later choose to share material in WhatsApp, send only what you are comfortable sharing.

Does the review grant rights to a public demo?

No. Public demos are listening references. The free review does not grant a beat license, exclusivity or ownership.
